Process Optimization

Process optimization focuses on efficiency and global operationalisation.

Development processes for mechatronic systems are highly complex. It requires a lot of experience – and a touch of pragmatism - to analyze and reduce them to their essential core. This results in globally viable, efficient R&D processes for international companies.

The traditional V-model forms the basis for designing development processes. The process landscape is broken down from the system level to its sub-components – in permanent interplay between design and validation. Sub-processes are synchronized through precisely defined project phases and milestones.

All process actions as well as input and output documents are defined for each process. The special feature: both process and schedule controlling are efficiently realized through output documents without any additional tools.
Create efficient, target-oriented development processes that promote innovation instead of slowing it down!
